How to make fruit pavlova

I got this recipe from a friend. Easiest way to make a fruit pavlova. But not so easy for me when I first tried this since my mom’s mixer is broken so i have to mix the bloody thing, especially the whipped cream by hand +_+

4 egg white
200g castor sugar
2 tea spoon corn starch
1 tea spoon vanilla essence
1 tea spoon vinegar or apple cider
500ml anchor whipped cream
Fruits (i use strawberry and kiwi)

Beat the egg white until fluffy
Put in sugar and beat in the mixer until fluffy
Put vanilla, apple cider and cornstarch gradually. Beat until it is well mixed.
Pour it in a tray or for me I pour it separately for easy consumption 🙂
Baked the meringue for 45-50 minutes
The meringue should still be fragile but the outside part is like and egg shell
Let the meringue cool down. (the meringue should cracked a little when u take it out from the oven)


Beat the whipped cream until it is thick. Put it on top of the meringue. Place your desired fruit on top of the cream’re done 🙂
