Training to be fit
I just started training with a personal trainer. This was my second session which she focused on my triceps. Its been 2 days and i cant lift my arm above my head due to the muscle soreness.
I texted d trainer this morning:
“tgn gua sakit gila siot pagi ni..sampai takleh ikat rambut weh..rambut dah mengerbang tak leh nak sikat elok elok”
She just laughed at me..evil i tell you..

the party was awesOme!!
I had fun planning it and getting all prepared for the party. Thanks to my konco konco assistant EJ and Tya which helped me in different areas 😉 [heart] you guys sO much!
We booked a room in Empire Hotel for the nite. After me and EJ checked in, we prepared the goody bags and picked up the balloons (part of the goody bag). Each of us will have our own balloons and goody bags
After work the rest of the girls joined us at Empire. Music was compiled and prepared by EJ. We had Chillis and Dominos for dinner.. [drool] and all of us was dressed in costumes. Even Just the one without a costume was forced to wear a bathrobe as her costume (well better than being mummy wrapped in toilet paper right?)
We took tons of pics, eat, dance the night away and even have the award for best costume. hands down the costume of the night was Tya as the perv gorilla. You raawk girl!!
It was a fun night. Hope we will be able to do it again even with some of us going to be in diff unit and floors after this… (((hugs)))
