Watson Buy 1 Free 1 Mask Promo
My facial lady told me that the best thing is to use mask on our face daily or once every 2 days. This way the face will become hydrated and more supple. No need to use expensive mask, cheap ones would serve the purpose just fine (provided ur not allergic to it) :p
Today i saw watson was having sale on their mask. Buy 1 free 1. They have various types of mask to chose from.i chose 3 types: cucumber, tomato and aloe vera. Each mask is 5.90 so with the current promotion, the mask is only 3.00 per piece!! 😀
My face felt cool and hydrated after leaving the mask on for 20 minutes. Maybe I should have left it longer since the mask was still moist when i took it off 🙂

Letters for me Mr. Postman?

With today’s technology; email, sms, tweets, status updates, letter writting and receiving are like so passé. To tell you the truth, I miss receiving letters and stuff in the mail. The only letters that I received in my mail nowadays is bills and official letters (yaawn….boringggg) and parcels are from the online shopping that I bought..myself!! (pathetic x idup aku skrg?)
I love receiving something in the mail. Be it letters or parcel. It’s like people’s way saying that they’re going though all the trouble to say that they are thinking of you 🙂 And the feeling of excitement of when looking into post box or receiving your letters from Mr. Postman is priceless 🙂
I still keep letters that I received from my friends, especially those who are dear to me. They are like memories that you can keep and revisit anytime you like ( Note : keeping your ex’s love letters is not recommended and might be hazardous for your health 😛 )
Domino’s Buy 1 Free 1
Malam tadi teringin nak dinner pizza. So I called Dominos (I prefer Domino’s over Pizza hut because they are not stingy over their toppings)
I have a “Sorry we’re late” coupons which I wanted to use tonight since my sister and her friend is at my house.
When ordering, I said to the operator that I want to use the coupon but he said that something something bla bla bla about some survey and there’s a buy 1 free 1. I was like..”Ok!” 🙂
When the pizza arrived, saw the pamphlet on the pizza :
“Buy 1 Free 1. Free offer only at facebook.com/DominosMY”.
You have to like their facebook page to get the buy 1 free 1 promotion I guess. Maybe operator tu bermurah hati nak bagi I free 1 without even having to go to the fb page :D.

Mari buat Oreo Surprise Cupcake

I am not a good cook. So if I managed to cook something nice, you know that the recipe is easy to follow and idiot-proof 😛
I’m going to share with you on how to make Oreo Surprise Cupcake. It is called oreo surprise because inside the cupcake you will find an oreo mini cupcake with cream cheese 🙂 Sbb tadi baru try buat..I must admit the taste is really awesome (puji diri lak .. hehe )
Cupcake Ingredients
– 1 package of chocolate cake mix (i bought the dark chocolate choc cake mix instead of normal choc mix to make sure the cupcake is not too sweet)
-24 oreo bite size cookies (jaya grocer or cold storage should have one of these)
-1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
-1 egg
-2 tablespoon white sugar
Instructions
–Heat oven to 160 celcius
-Prepare cake batter as directed on package
-Mix cream cheese, egg and sugar until blended
-Put half of the cake batter in cupcake cup
-Put 2 table spoon of cream cheese mixture in the cup
-Place 1 mini oreo in the middle of the cupcake
-Put the rest of the batter in the cup to cover the oreo
-Bake for 22 minutes
-Take out and let it cool 🙂
Enjoy ur cupcake
Optional
-You can put whipping cream as topping and place another mini oreo on top as decoration.
How to make fruit pavlova
I got this recipe from a friend. Easiest way to make a fruit pavlova. But not so easy for me when I first tried this since my mom’s mixer is broken so i have to mix the bloody thing, especially the whipped cream by hand +_+
Ingredients
4 egg white
200g castor sugar
2 tea spoon corn starch
1 tea spoon vanilla essence
1 tea spoon vinegar or apple cider
500ml anchor whipped cream
Fruits (i use strawberry and kiwi)
Instructions
Beat the egg white until fluffy
Put in sugar and beat in the mixer until fluffy
Put vanilla, apple cider and cornstarch gradually. Beat until it is well mixed.
Pour it in a tray or for me I pour it separately for easy consumption 🙂
Baked the meringue for 45-50 minutes
The meringue should still be fragile but the outside part is like and egg shell
Let the meringue cool down. (the meringue should cracked a little when u take it out from the oven)
Beat the whipped cream until it is thick. Put it on top of the meringue. Place your desired fruit on top of the cream
And..you’re done 🙂

Short trip to Singapore
I was in Singapore last Sunday for a conference on Monday.
Surprisingly my company approved my request to go to the conference (it was such a short notice and it was considered as oversea training) So it was approved one week before the conference for my boss and me. Kelam kabut la cari hotel and book flight ticket.

Best thing is, with my position now, for oversea flight , I am eligible for business class :D. I have been on first class before but it was such a long time ago. So agak jakun sikit la for me to ride in the business class (although i did control my jakun-ness in front of my boss). Best woo business class.. Got comfy pillow and blanket,drinks and hot towel before take off. Got menu to choose from (in my flight the menu was either chicken pie or mushroom pie) and it was served together with peach bread pudding and 2 ferarroroche chocolate. But no kacang.. 😦

We arrived around 2 o’clock on Sunday. Checked in at M hotel or sometime known as Millenium Hotel at Anson road. Freshen up and then went out for lunch and then walk around Orchid Road. Not much to look at as it was the same shops that can be found in KL. Plus more expensive summore.. 😛 Maybe it is worth to go shop during Singapore Big Sale or Christmas Season. My boss bought an Avent Bottle Starter Set for his future baby 🙂 (sweet kan boss aku). And I bought some souvenirs for my colleagues. 😉

Went back to the hotel to rest and bath for a while. Just love love love the towel and pillows!! But it gets quite freaky to be alone in the hotel alone. So I got a friend to lepak with me in the room. Mr Bob 😛

Later that night we went out for dinner at Halal Restaurant area. (can’t remember the name of the road..starts with B)
I ordered keuh teow goreng with milo ais. Right after we received our order, we felt drizzle. I said to my boss, “skit je ni boss..jap lagi berenti la”. Bear in mind we are sitting at the open air area. Suddenly its raining cats and dogs like nobody business. +_+ The restaurant workers put up the tent to cover us but it was not enuff. (kudos for them for being so customer oriented anyway. Siap bawak payung semua) We are literally eating in the rain initially until the rain water started to go into our food and drinks. That’s when we decided to go inside the covered are inside the restaurant. 😛

We went back to hotel around 10-ish and there is not much to do alone in the hotel room. Stayed up watching tv until I fell asleep around 1 am.

The next day after breakfast we checked out and went to Marina Bay Convention Center where the SAPInsider GRC 2012 was being held. For me the convention center is nice but not as impressive as out KL Convention Center 🙂 The morning speakers was great and the sessions were very beneficial for us.

During lunch break, I managed to steal some of the break time to wander off around the high end Marina Bay shopping mall. Teringin nak masuk casino nak tgk..tapi chicken out last minute. macam banyak org yg pelik pelik je masuk.. hehehe..So walked around the mall, most of the items were very very very very expensive. But I managed to get one pair of Steve Madden shoes. Reason for me buying this pair of shoes? number one, I like the unique design on this shoe, it is like a red indian combined with cowboy boots cum flat shoes. And it is damn comfortable. Number 2 it is on 50% sale 🙂 The normal price was SGD220. After less it was SGD110 and I get to claim back the 7% tax refund.

After swiping my credit card 😛 I went back for the afternoon session. The topic in the evening was quite dry and maybe is suitable for those companies who haven’t implemented GRC yet in their environment.
We went to the airport right after our session finished. We have around 3 hours to spare. So kire rasanya aku dah tawaf dah Terminal 2 Changi airport tu. During flight back home, same awesome service was provided in the business class, but i declined the pie offer since we had our dinner at the airport before. Tapi dapat kacang.. 2 bungkus lagi!! 🙂 During check in, the worker ask whether I want to sit together with my boss, tapi I cakap takpe no need sebab best skit nak relax relax bila takde org kat sebelah. Tapi during the flight rasa menyesal gile sbb tetiba flight attendants tu announce that we are experiencing bad weather, please remain at your seat with your seatbelt on. Waa…sudah cuak since I always have this fear of flight and this is the first time I am travelling alone in the plane without any family members. Time tu rasa macam nak pegi sebelah boss aku nyendeng je..But I managed to remain calm (takde la teruk mana pk pk balik..bumpy ride skit je) Time tu la terpk airline crash investigation kat tv semua.. Nervous punye pasal.. I ate one pack of the peanut non stop.. hehehe 😛 Thank god we safely arrived at KLIA in shceduled time.
Before I went home, I bought zoey a unicorn toy and Quality Street chocolate for my mom since I did not managed to find anything for them in Spore.
zOey was waiting for me at home (well not waiting for me la..kebetulan she is still not asleep yet when I arrived 😛 ). Gave her the present I bought for her, catch up with her while unpacking my stuff, then went to bed dead tired

My 31st Bday celebration
Celebrated my 31st bday on the 28th September (i told you I have been bz :P)
My sis called me at midnight singing the most irritating and annoying birthday song ever. 😛 Then in the morning, zoey and yusno wished me before going to work. zOey have hidden chocolates for me in the closet..but she couldn’t find it (comel kan anak aku ni)
Durng lunch, my best friend asked to teman him tapau at the cafe. When we came back in the office, my friends apparently have arranged a birthday surprise for me (ada cake…topi …benda letup letup semua cukup)
When I got home, another surprise tea party was waiting for me (sib baik aku tak balik lambat) arranged by my family (also got cake..topi..tapi takde benda letup letup..but got balloons.. 🙂 ) and after cutting the cake, my dad treated all of us at Mr Tomyam in Solaris for dinner (they have branches but with diff name “Basil” in Bangsar Village)
I got to spend my birthday with my loved ones. What more could I asked for 🙂

Its been a while since i have last updated (dusting my blog page :P)
Lots of happening but I am quite swamped with work so I have kept few drafts of post because it took such a long time to just finish one post +_+ Will publish them up soon 😉
